For my wife's funeral I went to speak to Shannon on recommendation, the best thing I have ever done.
They dealt with the whole process from the removal of my wife to the final moment in a kind, dignified considerate manner.
Shannon and Ryan were so helpful and accommodating to the family advising us each step of the way.
They took care of everything taking into consideration our wishes.
They allowed us to view my wife when we needed to. They brought her home and again showed such consideration to my family.
Ryan Jenkins was what you should hope for in an undertaker, respect, sympathy, he was outstanding.
Without them I don't know what we would have done.
Thank you, Shannon and Ryan, from myself and my family.
The last thing on their minds was cost they advised but never tried to sell, they can be trusted to look after the loved one who has passed but also lookout for the ones left to deal with the tragedy.

By the nature of the business you are only going to contact Shannon and the team when you are at a low point. They know their stuff! You are led carefully through the options, with all your thoughts and opinions treated with the utmost respect. There is no up selling, in fact the opposite. I would highly recommend this family run company and thank them for making the process as easy as it could be.

Shannon and the team were thoughtful, patient and respectful throughout our experience. They supported an unconventional burial for my husband and made sure all-in attendance were safe on the grass in the orchard when leaving the car and on return home.

Totally fantastic personal from service from enquiry right through to the day.
Everything was managed with the most care. We also felt there were no unnecessary costs, they even made recommendations to save. You could tell it was a family run business with a real heart for helping people in their time of grief.
