Shannon and everyone at RSJ has been amazing at this extremely difficult time. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them, we know baby Arthur was taken care of at all times. We as a family wouldn’t use anyone else, they have all gone above and beyond. Thank you so much for everything.

From start to finish Richard & Shannon Jenkins made a very difficult situation a lot easier. Richard Jnr couldn’t have been more helpful and was really quick to respond to the many questions I emailed. Jean and Shannon were also very helpful with the arrangements. They were really respectful of my father in law’s wishes for a simple funeral and there was never a time I felt like I was being pressured into taking on extra services. The funeral on the day went really well and was everything we had asked for. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Shannon and the team went above and beyond from the initial phone call. Our mum/nan was treated with the upmost respect and dignity. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they really tailored all our needs and wishes and helped take care of everything during this excruciating time.
