From the first phone call, to the day of the funeral and after, I could not have asked for more in terms of service and care from Richard and Shannon Jenkins Funeral Directors. Shannon's practical advice about every detail was excellent. Then the care and presentation of Mum's body was outstanding. She had had a few rough weeks in hospital before passing and we felt when visiting her in the Chapel of Rest that we had got her back to how she looked before. The day of the funeral went seamlessly, Ryan and Richard Jnr managing the whole process. I cant thank them enough for their kindness and consideration and would not hesitate to put my trust in this Family firm in the future. Thank You

Absolutely incredible service from Shannon. She got everything sorted that I wanted, she asked me about things I would never of thought of. Organising a funeral when you’re so devastated is the worst thing to ever have to do but the professionalism of RSJ is second to none. I even managed to carry him with the help and guidance from Richie. Wouldn’t go to anyone else. Amazing they are!

I just want to thank Shannon and Richard Jenkins for their professionalism, care and thoughtfulness to our family regarding the funeral of my sister who died suddenly. Shannon and Richard treated us with kindness and respect throughout the whole process in arranging my sisters funeral, nothing was too much trouble.
