We couldn't have asked for anything more than the support we got from Shannon. She was professional, friendly and supportive. She helped us feel at ease at what was such a shocking and hard time.
My mum looked beautiful and the service was smooth and as perfect as it could be.

The whole process from start to finish was so professional, caring and I would highly recommend them.

The quality of the service by Richard @Shannon was excellent from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble in ensuring the service was totally centered on making it personal .All the staff where sensitive and respectful throughout. Totally professional service that took so much stress out of those final arrangements that feel so challenging at such-and-such a difficult time

Richard and Shannon Jenkins Funeral Directors recently arranged my husband's funeral. Shannon, Richard and staff could not have been more helpful and calm which took away any stress from us in what was a most stressful time, especially as things weren't the norm due to Covid. Their professionalism, dignity, empathy and patience all made for a the best funeral we could have hoped for at this time. Of course I would definitely recommend them.
