I can’t thank Shannon and her team enough, they went above and beyond to help us in a difficult time. We were having difficulties with the GP and registrars due to covid and Shannon really put the extra effort in to help us sort it. Her brother was so friendly and great at the funeral as well and gave clear instructions to ourselves and the guests which helped alleviate any uncertainty in regards to the process and covid rules. They all made us feel comfortable and gran really felt that grandad was in the right hands. Thank you

Amazing in every way ,the love and care they showed not just to us but to my beautiful mum was fantastic. I can't thank them enough for how easy they made everything during this difficult time,my mum's final resting was beautiful their whole place is beautiful, I would highly recommend to anybody that has lost a loved one knowing their looked after makes it that little bit more bearable,thank you all so much .

This family run business are compassionate, caring and professional easing a lot of stress during such an awful time. Shannon in particular is amazing, She is a credit to the funeral industry and she was the reason I chose Jenkins again as She also organised both of my parents funerals a few years back. I won’t use any other Funeral Director in the future, I will be planning mine and my partners funeral with Jenkins as I trust them wholeheartedly so my family don’t need to worry when the time comes.  Thank you, each and every one of you who helped us through such a sad time, I’d recommend Jenkins to anyone in need of a funeral service.

Absolutely amazing 
Right from the start they very professional and treat you with dignity. Extremely helpful as we’ve never had to arrange a funeral before. Don’t force you into having anything you don’t want or need . Explain everything and are always there if need to ask them for anything. Their actual place is beautiful decorated and not what you’d expect. On the day they really do make it perfect and special even in these unusual times . Would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you for everything

The service received from RSJ Funeral Directors was impeccable from first contact to the day of the funeral. Richie & Shannon in particular listened to our every need and gave us as the family great confidence that our precious Mum was being cared for with  complete respect. The chapel of rest was immaculate and very peaceful which we found extremely comforting during very difficult times. All staff were attentive and delivered both a professional but personal service which was greatly appreciated by the family. I could not fault anything and would highly recommend.

When I recently lost my dear Mum I wanted the best people to care for her and take her on her final journey and I got the best when I chose RSJ.
