On the day all went well and smoothly in no small part due to the staff involved. A proffessional and respectful team whoose calm demeanure helped everyone present.

We received the best service.  From the first phone call informing them of my Mum’s death at her care home, to her burial everything was dealt with professionally. This included minor issues that could so easily have been overlooked. Communication was good, and Shannon was always available to explain and offer advice.  They were sensitive to my Mum’s religious beliefs, and showed empathy to all family members. We knew what to expect as they had dealt with my Dad’s funeral some years before, and I would recommend them to anyone for their personal touch and reassuring way that is outstanding.  Many thanks to Shannon, Richie and the team.

Everyone at RSJ was very helpful throughout the entire process from the moment we first turned up on their doorstep unannounced. They listened to what we wanted, explained the options, and there was no "hard sell". On the day of the funeral, all of the staff were friendly and helpful and treated us and my late father with dignity.

Couldn't ask for more, and would have no hesitation in recommending them

RSJ Funeral services are second to none . They treated my mum with the upmost respect from the transfer of mum from the hospice on her passing right through to her funeral .
