From the moment I walked in to arrange my dad's funeral I felt a whole weight had lifted from my shoulders. Shannon sat with me and sorted everything, she was so kind and professional. Very relaxed and personalised service with no pressure to buy an expensive package. We were gently guided through the steps, removing some of the stress at this difficult time. Richard and the team were organised and professional and they kept us informed every step of the way. This resulted in a warm celebration of my dad's life. Our thanks go to them.

I can't thank them enough for helping me with everything when I was given the sad news of my mum's passing.

The service was great and the final gathering of friends were greeted with sunshine, someone commented that it was my mum joining us on the day.

From initial meeting to discuss funeral arrangements, right through to the day of mums funeral we received nothing but professionalism from Richie, Shannon and their staff. Excellent service they where always available when you phoned up. Shannon took me step by step with what I needed to do when mum passed away. Shannon sorted everything out for the funeral, we didn't have to do anything except choose what we wanted. We couldn't have asked for a better service. Would recommend Shannon and Richards funeral service to all my friends and family.

A first class service was provided throughout the while process.
Nothing was too much trouble for Shannon. She was fantastic at such a devastating time for our family. She offered assistance,guidance and recommendations but was not forceful at any point and any final decisions were made by the family. All Shannon's recommendations were outstanding from florists, live streaming services to stonemasons.
Communication was easy and regular and on the day of the funeral Ryan was outstanding ensuring everything went as good as it could have given the circumstances.
Would highly recommend the family to take care of loved ones at such sad times.

Undoubtedly the best service anyone could imagine. After losing my dad, from our first call who was taken from Ryan, I knew my dad was in extremely safe hands. Shannon took my sister, brother & I under her wing & made us extremley comfortable at this very distressing time. Shannon never forced anything on us, she sat, listened & advised us. I cannot thank Shannon and Richard enough for their help and professionalism from start to finish. Shannon very quickly understood the type of Funeral we wanted and made a number of helpful suggestions to enable us make decisions on the arrangements. It was especially helpful to be able to telephone and immediately reach Shannon directly. Obviously, the whole process was difficult and emotional, but Shannon and Richard did everything possible to take away the stress and allow the family to focus on the loss of a parent and not have to worry at all about the funeral arrangements. We will be forever grateful to Shannon and Richard for their expertise and professionalism.

Nothing was too much trouble for Shannon and her family, they were incredibly helpful and professional during such a devastating time for us. I had never had to organise a funeral before and didn't know where to start but Shannon guided me through every step of the way, organised most things for me, and made everything as stress free and easy as possible. Their advice and honesty was also very much appreciated. Cannot thank and recommend them enough!

Richie & Shannon are brilliant two young girls planning a funeral and we felt supported every step of the way. Richie dealt with me at the start before my auntie was in their care then Shannon took over afterwards. The whole process was made simple and we were supported so much and always made to feel they were on hand to help even with the simplest of questions. When visiting them all staff we came into contact with were so lovely and just made you feel like you were being genuinely cared about. Richard Jr on the day of the funeral was fantastic he made everything run smoothly accommodated requests and just done everything with empathy. Can’t thank you all enough. We used Jenkins for my mum & nan and because of how Richie & Shannon treated us we had to use RS Jenkins for my auntie because the experience is completely heartbreaking but with the help of these you know everything will be taken care of.
