Always an excellent service from this company. They are very friendly and professional throughout and always on the end of the phone to help in any way. My whole family has used there company for many years before they branched out on their own, and nothing has changed it's still the same excellent compassionate service. We have used Richard and Shannon Jenkins for all our family funerals for as long as I can remember. We had some quite specific requests and they were arranged swiftly and respectfully. I was under a lot of pressure and had some very difficult circumstances to deal with but Shannon helped me in a caring, professional manor. I would not have been able to do it with out her help. They are polite, courteous and supportive and able to address difficult situations. They go above and beyond and reassure you your loved ones are being looked after until their final journey. We would recommend Richard and Shannon Jenkins to everyone for their kind and caring service.

Richard, Shannon and their full team are at the end of the phone from your first contact with them. They treat not only the deceased but the whole family with dignity. Sometimes you feel they are actually part of your family as they are so caring every step of the way. The organisation and timing of the actual funeral is faultless. All I can really say in my opinion is they are the best in Liverpool showing empathy and respect to all of the family.
