I cannot express fully just how much my family and I appreciated the kindness, care and dedication shown by Richard, Shannon and the whole Jenkins family. It was a most difficult time as I experienced the loss of my brother, Cliff.
I gained comfort in the knowledge that Cliff was amongst these friends in life and all the time he was in their care.
All arrangements were sensitively carried out according to our instructions and the service was a fitting tribute to Cliff's life and memory. Thank you so very much.

The service we received from RSJ Funeral Directors was excellent. Unfortunately, this is the second family loss we have experienced in less than 12 months and the help and support offered by Richard, Shannon & staff  was reassuring and such a great comfort during this difficult time. They made sure every detail was covered, taking a lot of the stress and worry from the family. The service received from the first phone call to the day of the funeral was impeccable. I would highly recommend RSJ funeral directors.

Richard and Shannon and all the staff at RSJ were supportive, caring and extremely efficient at all stages, from the day our mum passed away, through all the organisation, and on the day of the funeral itself.

Shannon was very helpful in suggestions for the funeral service. She knew the church and all the details of the requirements there. We took her suggestion of a singer, Danielle Thomas, who sang beautifully on the day.

I would highly recommended RSJ. I did not know any local funeral directors before, and had to choose one quickly based on reviews like this, so I am happy to give this review to help others in the same situation as I found myself.

Excellent Professional Service was received from all the Jenkins Family. Helpful, Informative and efficient. Everything was made very straightforward and far easier than anticipated. We didn’t have to worry about anything. They were considerate, understanding and cared for our mum with dignity and respect. Shannon, Richard, Ryan who dealt with us personally and their team had all covered. A huge thanks to them all for making a difficult time far less stressful. We were very pleased they advised a celebrant on the day, Gary Hayes to read our Eulogy. We highly recommend them all.

Richard and Shannon Jenkins and Family were so respectful of my late mum from the moment they collected her until her funeral was over. Shannon would answer my numerous emails with questions I had sent. No one likes to have to arrange a funeral but if you find yourself in this difficult position it would be a really good idea to contact Richard and Shannon Jenkins.

Richard and Shannon go the extra mile, guide and assist you with difficult decisions regarding the burial or cremation of your loved one when your whole world has fallen apart.  Nothing is too much trouble they certainly lighten the load for you. You know your dearly departed is in the safest most experienced professional hands in the business.   I could not thank them enough, in the last two years they have looked after three of my siblings with the greatest care and respect.  Thank you so much.
