Absolutely brilliant, a real team effort. Very caring, attentive and compassionate staff. Everyone shown nothing but kindness to our family. There was always someone on the end of the phone to answer any queries. The bearers were immaculately dressed and very professional. Cant recommend Richard and his team highly enough.

Richard Ward and all the staff were very helpful at the most distressing time of all on the loss of my late father.
They arranged everything and it was far from a straight forward funeral as my father wanted to buried in Ireland. At the time we had to wait for COVID restrictions to be lifted in Ireland, add to that, that we live 200 miles away it could have got very complicated.
Nothing was too much trouble for them and everything was handled very professionally but with a lovely human touch.
Richard took charge of my dad's funeral himself and was very ably assisted by Grace who was always on the end of the phone or email for me.
The whole funeral very smoothly and ultimately was just what my father would have wanted. I can't rate them highly enough. Thank you all.

A difficult time made more difficult by Christmas and New year holiday period delaying normal procedures, so hard to give a true picture. At the time we seemed to be waiting endlessly for movement from L.R.I. which we desperately wanted, leaving hardly any time at all in chapel of rest. However I am sure That Richard did his professional best for us at the time and as expected the proceedings on the day of the cremation were very respectful and of a high standard.
My thanks to Richard's staff for their help and choice of florist as the flowers provided must be fresh as they were made into poses after and seem to last forever also for the extra effort in producing the service booklet which was spot on, finally for the recommendation of a very young celebrant Nathalie Sadler who delivered a remarkable personal service.
