Fantastic service from start to finish with my Dad's funeral, exactly as it had been with my Mum's last year. Great, friendly folks who have the right bedside manner and also a tremendous willingness to help. Absolutely optimal mix of knowledge and help, sympathy and respect and also warmth and humour (that helps at times like this). To a man and woman, they are a joy to work with and make this difficult time so much easier to navigate than it could be. Would recommend them in a heartbeat. Nigel

We had discussed our wishes for my husbands funeral prior to his death and Richard visited us in our home. He has a very caring and sensitive manner which we found to be very reassuring. On my husbands death Richard again visited us at home to arrange the funeral service. At every point we received sympathetic and helpful advice. The team supporting Richard all had the same caring attitude throughout the process of arranging everything.
My husband received such gentle care and we were able to visit him in the chapel of rest to say our final goodbyes. He looked so peaceful and we were comforted that he was at rest. We were able to visit as many times as we wished.
On the day of the funeral the professionalism of the service we received was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend Richard and his team to any of my friends and certainly he will be our number one choice in the future.
