Everything went off without a hitch, due to the professionalism of Richard and his team.
Our only criticism was the long delay in collecting dad from the hospital mortuary, which was due to the lack of fridge space at Richard Wards. However once he was collected and in their care, he was made to look peaceful and at rest. Something that we were very grateful of.
