My brother passed away in Spain I needed a internal funeral director to bring Luke back home. I was given Richard ward number by my solicitor. I had no idea how to, or what to do to bring luke.

Richard talked me through what needed to be done to get the ball rolling .
I can’t explain how for the first time felt I was in good hand .
Every step of the way  no matter what time of the day or night I could get in contact I knew I could get the help I needed to get things done. I brought my brother home what a relief . I now needed to sort out a memorial , again Richard took the lead helped me do an sort every thing I needed and wanted.

I would recommend Richard Wards funeral services Ltd, to anyone that need that personal touch understanding ,professionalism , kindness . 5 stars is not enough for what was done for me . Would and will recommend them to anyone .

Richard Ward was recommended by a good friend. They helped us to make the funeral service very personal to our mother. The funeral directors were 'invisible' to us most of the time, which is how it should be, but extremely on the ball when it came to making sure we had choices, like offering us a flower from the coffin spray, and helping to make some friends in wheelchairs more comfortable by guiding them inside out of the cold wind. We felt the funeral was very much 'our' day to say goodbye to a much loved mother. Thank you for everything you organised for us.

Richard Ward Funeral Services Ltd were extremely helpful and allowed the process of planning and holding the funeral for our father to be as painless and as straightforward as possible.  Everything was sorted out and arranged for us which was a great help.  Communication was very easy and all queries were very quickly responded to and answered.  We would definitely recommend them.
