Richard Ward funeral directors have looked after my Mum and Dad, each time with kind, considerate professionalism, every detail and personal request has been carried out, nothing is to much trouble, all of the staff show utmost respect and compassion for the deceased person and the family.

We both felt very comfortable talking both to Richard and Maggie, you were all very supportive and very professional and we will always be thankful of the way you all conducted my Dad's funeral, also thank you for the recommendation of Keith who spoke so well at the service and gave an excellent speech about Dad and his life. Also at the internment Richard was very supportive and sensitive and we really appreciate the kind words you said at a very sad final farewell.

I would certainly recommend Richard Ward funeral directors to anyone, they have been very kind and thoughtful towards myself and my husbands sister in Canada during the arrangements and on the day of the funeral itself. Everything was really well managed and carried out in a relaxed atmosphere.

From the moment I called this company I have felt supported and cared for. Nothing was too much trouble. They took, what is a very stressful situation, in hand, and dealt with it all for us. They visited us at home to discuss what we wanted, definitely no hard sell, and then provided us with a brilliant celebrant. They also called the day before to check all was okay. So kind and helpful you seemed to know what I wanted and I didn't know what I wanted myself ,thank you so much from all the family to all the staff at this very difficult time , you are all amazing everything went really smoothly on the day , on waking up in the morning of the funeral it was a grey wet morning , by the time geoff was at home on  his short journey down to the church ,you even got the sun to shine I don't know how you manage that ,it's the little things makes the difference  ,  keeping an eye on Geoffs three sons and three grandsons when they carried him to his place of rest , and to hold Geoffs  beloved dog Judy  At the church  thank you again kind regards Kathy Heath and family xxxxx

Super customer care from start to finish, which didn't just end with the funeral. If you are in the unfortunate position of having to arrange a funeral for someone you love then I would definitely recommend Richard Ward Funeral Services. The took a lot of the stress out of the process and were incredibly professional without losing the human touch about the whole process. The member of staff that I had all of my dealings with was called John Hollingsworth and I can not speak highly enough about the way he went about the whole process.

We were so pleased that we chose Richard Ward Funeral Services. They were so kind, attentive and considerate at all times. Nothing was too much trouble to Naomi and Sharon in the office at Enderby and they were happy to be contacted at any time. From our first meeting at our home, they responded to our every request and made sure that we had the farewell for my wife that we really wanted. We chose Richard Ward as they are independent and local . The care and compassion we as a family received was outstanding. My Mum was treated with dignity and  respect at all times and her funeral was faultless. All who attended were highly professional. Our family will be eternally grateful for  the care given .
