Richard and the team, especially Grace, provided an amazing service. At such a difficult time, they were both professional and caring. Luckily for us our loved one had already made all the main decisions for the funeral so the arrangements were much easier to plan. Many years ago Richard and his team also arranged the funeral for my step father and the service then was just as special. No only do I recommend Richard and his team, but also speaking to your family while you are able and put their wishes in writing for such time they are needed.
