Fred could not do enough for us. His warm personality & caring attitude plus attention to the little details meant so much to us as a family. He listens & does not forget.

Nothing was too much trouble and the care of us as a family and for my Mum and her send off was respectful. The flexibility around our choices was appreciated, allowing us to do as we felt appropriate all the way through. Lisa was a consummate professional, while retaining a warm and compassionate stance with us at all times. I highly recommend you use their services.

After my father Anthony passed away , we decided to have Richard Ward funeral services because they gave our family excellent service in 2017 for my mother’s funeral. The service we received for my father in 2023 was exactly what we expected. Absolutely excellent in every  aspect of the funeral arrangements. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to our family & friends.

Really can not thank Richard and his team enough. From the second we sadly informed him of my fathers passing till dropping us off at the wake the service was impeccable. Every attention to detail was given and provided. A true first class send off for your dad ( Bod ) .

Absolutely faultless service from these guys.  Everything went perfectly, couldn’t have asked for more.  It was a day we were not looking forward to but was made so much easier by the kind and caring staff .  A special Thank you to Naomi who was amazing with my mother .
