Wendy had left her family the details of her funeral and, after discussions with Richard and his staff, that is exactly what was delivered. All of the staff at Richard Ward's Funeral Directors are professional, courteous, friendly and understanding. Nothing could have been improved upon. Excellent service from start to finish.

Every aspect of this sad time for us was sensitive to our needs and delivered gently as we were able to deal with matters. The service itself was just as I had imagined it would be with time for each part of it without any feeling of being hurried or drifting. Always accommodating and friendly. Advice given is reliable and reassuring. We felt confident when making all preparations. There was a mix up on the day regarding the number of cars. This was managed successfully. Will use again.
