Sadly this is not the first time we have used Richard Ward Funeral Services, but once again the care and respect they show from the very first point of contact is 5 star. Naomi and then Fred have been very professional. They had dressed and shaved Dad and he looked like he used to. Fred was very good on the day. We have the internment of the Ashes tomorrow. Hopefully that will be as professional. We would definitely recommend them. Thank you.

I felt all the preparation- viewing, flowers, coffin choice, small details were all discussed and approached with real sensitivity and care. I felt genuine sympathy from Lisa and Naomi; and  I-was very very impressed with Naomi’s on-the-day delivery of all the aspects…attentive, careful, considerate, thoughtful and appropriately upbeat. The cars were immaculate and driven well.

Honestly can not thank Richard Ward enough for their wonderful service. From the very first moment you are treated with such kindness and gentleness. You are treated as though you are family and their support goes beyond the norm. I unfortunately have had to experience them multiple times first with the loss of my mum and then again for the loss of my little boy who was born sleeping, and they guided and supported us the whole way through and gave extra special treatment for us and our little girl. Thank you for everything.

The whole process with Richard Ward was excellent , the staff were amazing , really caring and compassionate and were brilliant with my mum and Terry’s wishes were carried out down to the very finest point , they took the stress out of everything and made  the whole process feel really personal , on the day it was carried out with complete professionalism and respect and we could not have asked for anything more . We had several family members saying the service that we and Terry received was above and beyond , lisa and Naomi in particular were just lovely so thank you to you all for taking us through a tough time easily .
