The service received throughout has been impeccable, Julia at Parkwood office was empathetic, approachable and knowledgeable and extremely accessible. My limited contact with the female staff in the Rainham office was to this high standard as well and gave me time and support when needed, Thankyou.

On the day of the funeral again we were cared for in a gentle, respectful manner. Our gentleman looking after us was extremely polite, empathetic and so professional. Jenny Hall was excellent, she presented the service for our mum in a professional, understanding and attentive manner, her ability to pick up on how we wished the details to be presented was excellent. 

It is terribly important that the service you receive at such a emotionally challenging time needs to flow and be faultless - The professional service we received from my initial call on the weekend to the day of the service has been excellent.

Thank you for your kindness and compassion when arranging the funeral of my Father. Julia was very supportive in guiding us through the arrangements. I would like to say a special thank you to Simon who oversaw my Father's service. Simon was extremely kind and showed my Father such respect on the day. All the staff at Rainham and Parkwood have shown such kindness and consideration. Julia helped us every step of the way which led to a perfect send off for my mother in law. When my father in law went into Rainham to say his last goodbye he was treated with great respect. Kindness helps a lot at this sad time .

Julia at Parkwood branch was funny kind and compassionate and made planning my brother Jim’s  funeral so much easier. 
Thank you to everyone at John Weir who attended on the day and Shane who kindly asked if Jim’s family and friends would like to carry him into the chapel which they were happy to do.
The whole service was just as we wanted it to be.

We thank you for helping us throughout our journey, your kindness and compassion has been excellent.
I would suggest however, that the donation process be made easier for mourners to access- very few understood that they actually could send donations to charities via/through your services; others commented that they couldn’t actually follow the process.

Julia went over and above, at a time when our family is heart broken, Julia took all the stress out of the funeral details she was there to guide us through with so much kindness and compassion. Perhaps gentle reminders re timings for deadlines would be helpful.  Otherwise no complaints.
