Funeral director Emma Barsby, the Parkwood branch manager, will be at the office to assist you Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm. Outside of these hours, the telephone line is open to receive calls 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Julia at the Parkwood branch was very good from the start to finish, she kept us informed all the way and nothing was too much trouble for her. On the funeral day the cars arrived with the funeral team and they were immaculate. The service performed by the celebrant, Kathryn was very good and went very smoothly. I would recommend John Weir to anyone.
