Julia was there for me every step of the way nothing was to much trouble she made what was a very hard and emotional job very easy. In the nicest way possible I hope I never have to use them again . But I would highly recommend them. Ben and his team were excellent as well. Worse bit I couldn't give them all a hug they showed my father and our family so much respect.

However Funeral guide have addressed emails to me and my late husband which is a little insensitive at this time.

They also arranged my Mother's cremation eleven years ago, and also provided me with an excellent service for this. From initial contact with Julia at the Parkwood branch, my Sister and I knew that we were in safe hands with regard to organising our Mum's funeral. Nothing was too much trouble and at this difficult time she kept us on track.

The funeral itself ran like clock-work and the gentlemen (drivers/ master of ceremonies) were as professional and compassionate as can be. A true credit to the John Weir name. Please pass on our gratitude.

A final thanks for John Weir for putting us in touch with the Celebrant, Bridget Sapiano, who was fantastic and took the time to know our Mum and involved us in the script for the ceremony. We have received many compliments from attendees (and those viewing via the Web) on both John Weir and Bridget.
