I have used John Weir's for three funerals. They are professional, friendly and make the whole process smooth and stress free.

Every part of the service we received from our first meeting at parkwood with the lovely Julia right through to our final goodbye to mum was executed with professionalism kindness  and consideration. We were asked at every stage if we were happy with the arrangements. Shane was an absolute star on the day. We the family couldn't have asked for anything better. A very sad difficult traumatic day made so much easier with the team behind us all the way. Thank you one and all for your superb service.

Thank you so much for all your help when arranging our Mother's Funeral. We were incredibly upset and unsure of the process, but from the first phonecall to Amanda, to our meetings with Julia, to your staff on the day of the Funeral, we were dealt with kindness and compassion. We also felt that our Mother was also being treated with the greatest of respect. It has been awful to lose our Mother, but your professional service kindness has helped us say goodbye to our Mother with the beautiful service Mum deserved. Thank you.

My dad recently passed away. The staff at the Parkwood branch, were lovely. They explained the process every step of the way and gave us time to choose just what we wanted. They were sympathetic and professional throughout the whole process, from the first meeting, to the service,the cars and attendants and on completion. I cannot fault the service we received at such a difficult time and would like to say thank you to all the staff involved with our care.
