From the moment I contacted John Weir, outside of office hours on a weekend, I have only had dealings with professional, sensitive members of staff. Nothing was too much trouble and there were regular phone calls to update me and offer guidance when needed.

My sister and I dealt with the Parkwood office and Julia. 
We had wonderful caring service at the very difficult time of the death of our Mother. Julia was always respectful and put us at ease, she kept in touch all the way through the preparation and was on top of all the arrangements which gave us such comfort, confidence and reassurance. Our dad only set up a funeral plan with John Weir in April and was greeted by Julia who was fantastic you are lucky to have her as part of your team. Sadly dad passed away in August and again Julia was supportive to our family and carried out dad ever wish.

We would like to thank the whole team at John Weir's for the faultless service they provided to myself and my FamiIy. From our first meeting with Julia at Parkwood through to our final goodbye to mum the whole procedure was carried out with the utmost professionalism, kindness, and consideration. Each time we spoke with, or had any contact with the team, all our concerns or requests were met with patience and compassion. We were guided throughout the whole process very sensitively. It made a difficult time, less stressful for the whole family, which was very much appreciated.

The day itself went very smoothly thanks to the attention to detail paid by all the team, but a special mention must go to Shane who directed operations yet remained respectful, courteous and very professional always checking on us to make sure we were happy with proceedings and made what was a sad day much easier with his support. The whole team really are a credit to the John Weir family.

We would also like to thank you for putting us in touch with the Celebrant, Bridget Sapiano, who was so wonderful. She took the time to get to know our mum and the lovely lady that she was through us for her script for the ceremony and we would like to thank her so much for the beautiful service she delivered which has helped us say goodbye to our Mum as she deserved. She would have loved it!

From start to finish John Weir at Parkwood were fantastic and I would recommend them without hesitation.

Julia at John Weir Parkwood made everything so easy, she accommodated our extra wishes, made valuable suggestions and put us in contact with the great Bridget. The undertakers on the day took control when we couldn't, they were both professional and sympathetic. We felt sure that our Grandma was well looked after on her final journey.
