We used John Weir for our daughter's cremation and dealt mainly with Emma at the Parkwood Branch. She was so kind, helpful and compassionate. She provided all the information we needed and we felt held and supported throughout the worst journey we, as a family, have ever had to deal with. She was at the end of the phone if we needed her and she responded quickly. Thanks also to the team of drivers who looked after us on the day... they ensured everything ran smoothly.
