At such painful times it is so important to have a team in place who can be trusted to ensure everything runs smoothly. Julia at the Parkwood branch was very good from the start to finish, she kept us informed all the way and nothing was too much trouble for her. On the funeral day the cars arrived with the funeral team and they were immaculate. The service performed by the celebrant, Kathryn was very good and went very smoothly. The service received throughout has been impeccable, Julia at Parkwood office was empathetic, approachable and knowledgeable and extremely accessible. My limited contact with the female staff in the Rainham office was to this high standard as well and gave me time and support when needed, Thankyou.

On the day of the funeral again we were cared for in a gentle, respectful manner. Our gentleman looking after us was extremely polite, empathetic and so professional. Jenny Hall was excellent, she presented the service for our mum in a professional, understanding and attentive manner, her ability to pick up on how we wished the details to be presented was excellent. 

It is terribly important that the service you receive at such a emotionally challenging time needs to flow and be faultless - The professional service we received from my initial call on the weekend to the day of the service has been excellent.
