Respectful, courteous, kind and caring staff at all levels, who made a difficult, emotional time much less stressful by their professional, yet friendly manner.  This is the third time I have had  to use a funeral director and I would not hesitate to highly recommend John Weir, as I have always been extremely pleased with all aspects of their service, from their efficient, respectful staff to the smooth running of the event itself.

Julia was fantastic at such a difficult time, she really helped us not only with the funeral but also by Linking us to local expertise such as flowers and the crematorium. The team at John Weir are brilliant. Very sympathetic at such a terrible time and go through everything thoroughly with you. Even on the day the guys that pick you up talk you through what will happen and are very attentive.
