From start to finish John Weir at Parkwood were fantastic. Julia helped us through a really difficult time and was available at all times for us. On the day the cars were beautiful and the gentlemen were so lovely and again helped us through the day, always checking on us to make sure everything was how we wanted it to be.
I would recommend John Weir without hesitation.

Julia at Parkwood office was excellent right from beginning. She looked after mum when she passed in 2012 and had no hesitation in asking Julia to look after dad 

She had a bit of a challenge as dad was ex military and we wanted a great send off which Julia and the team helped immensely with a few challenges on the way 

Shane who looked after us on the day was very good and put us at ease 

Timings worked out spot on 

Mr Weir has a great team working with him

Very professional throughout. Unlike other funeral directors the costs were made clear from the start. It was useful to deal with the same person throughout the process. Nothing was too much trouble and the funeral went very smoothly. Highly recommended.

Julia at the Parkwood office was amazing, she took care of every detail in a kind, sensitive and pleasant way. The day went without a hitch due to the meticulous planning.
Debbie in the Rainham office was so helpful too, arranging for my florist to come into decorate the wicker coffin. Thank you. I strongly recommend using John Weir.

I cannot praise the team at John Weir enough, from our first meeting with Julia at parkwood office through to Ben and his team on the day of my brothers funeral, what amazing  people.   Julia was in constant  almost daily contact.  She supported us and advised us thru every step and became sonfknevwe classed as a friend.  Mel at rainham office treated us with dignity and support when we visited the rainham branch then Ben and his men on the day of the funereal, we were once again treated with dignity and respect.  We have used John weir for four close family funerals over the past 32 years and we would not consider using anyone else.  Thank you to the whole team x

With unforeseen complications that could have impacted on the funeral service, Julia at Park Wood showed immense patience and understanding for which we are very grateful. The celebrant was superb and again very patient with what could have been. Indeed without exception those attending the service commented on how lively it was and a true celebration of our mother’s life, for which we are eternally grateful. Thank you.

Every part of the service we received from our first meeting at parkwood with the lovely Julia right through to our final goodbye to mum was executed with professionalism kindness  and consideration. Thank you so much for all your help when arranging our Mother's Funeral. We were incredibly upset and unsure of the process, but from the first phonecall to Amanda, to our meetings with Julia, to your staff on the day of the Funeral, we were dealt with kindness and compassion. We also felt that our Mother was also being treated with the greatest of respect. It has been awful to lose our Mother, but your professional service kindness has helped us say goodbye to our Mother with the beautiful service Mum deserved. Thank you.
