Absolutely fantastic, Alison looked after me an my family at Rainhill. I would highly recommend this company they made us feel like family. They looked after my dad from start to finish, I cant thank them all enough. The drivers on the day were absolutely amazing and looked after us all.

Excellent experience in obviously a sad time.
From the initial call to the follow up meeting and subsequent updates was all stress free and an easy to follow guideline. The whole team were fantastic and the actual funeral ran perfectly. After using Debbie Bennett’s for my Dads funeral 3 years ago, I knew we was going to be looked after when planning my mums funeral they handle everything with such care and sensitivity always someone to answer any questions we had nothing was to much trouble. Alison showed exceptional kindness,and compassion, throughout. At such a painful time, her calm, respectful presence and gentle guidance meant more than words can say. We will always be grateful for her care and professionalism.

The team were all lovely and we had my husband home. Small touches such as a table with candles and cross made a difference

Debbie Bennett’s handled my dad’s funeral with the love, care and attention to detail as though he was related to them. They went above and beyond in all our families needs and I cant praise them enough for making a very sad time go as smoothly as possible. So thank you all. From the moment I reached out, they made a challenging situation more manageable.

We can’t thank Carl enough, from the very start he was there for us in more ways than one. He was helpful, informative but most importantly was compassionate and caring, and it was genuine, you could tell he wasn’t just doing things because it’s “his job” he honestly made the process so much easier through the most difficult time of our lives.
