I will never be able to find enough superlatives to describe them but I know I’ll be eternally grateful to them for guiding me gently through the most traumatic & painful experience of my life.

Everyone we met was lovely 😍 professional, caring and read our needs completely .
Removal of our loved one was made slightly easier when we saw that they had made the bed and left a white rose on the pillow ❤

Absolutely fabulous. They all made a sad occasion bearable. Couldn’t fault anything,they made the whole process easy. They were all so welcoming and feel they treated us as friends instead of clients and we we’re confident that Andrews welfare was their priority. Can’t thank them enough

We went for a direct cremation with no attendance so theoretically nobody from the family overseeing things.

On the day I decided to go and see the coffin arrive just stood on the street. Sure enough they arrived on time, coffin well presented with arrangement on top and staff well presented too.

In short I can recommend Owens highly.

Fantastic and caring service. Nothing was too much trouble and I could not fault them.

We are so happy we picked owens funeral directors for my dad
They were so helpful professional, but most of all caring and that was what my mum needed after loosing her husband of 63 years
They explained everything in detail and what we had to do as a family
They were at the other end of the phone 24-7 if you needed them and that is what you need when you loose a loved one
I would recommend them to anyone as they made my dad's final journey special for him and to us as a family

Great service.
Alex in particular was a great help and very tolerant of a funeral which was organised by four sisters and therefore four voices.

Every aspect of the service I received from Owens Funeral Services was excellent.  
Every member of staff showed the highest level professionalism &  were also extremely empathetic to my needs.  They managed to make a heartbreaking situation slightly more bearable.  My heartfelt thanks goes out to them all.
