Owens, second to none. They are everything you could ask for, helpful,caring, compassionate. Nothing was to much trouble. They always had time to sit and chat, or listen... I and my family would recommend them 100%.

I really had never heard of owens funeral services so it really was a shot in the dark for me when I contacted them but am I glad I rang them and from that very first phone call it was like a weight lifted off my shoulders.
They listened to me I don't even think I was making any sense but they were listening to my every word and I am so grateful they did .they are the most caring kind people as nothing was to much trouble for them things I thought were to trivial to mention and when I realised these kind caring people were there to listen to my fears I came out with things I never would have talked about before and yes they listened .the funeral plan was set out as the best plan for my son Michael who I have every confidence was treated with the the greatest of care I really know in my heart they looked after him for me right up until the day of the funeral and I really can't tell you how important that was to me .Lorraine and her daughter from the funeral home were at the end of the phone whenever I needed to talk to someone even if I probably was so mixed up they reassured me everything was going to be fine and it was .the day before the funeral I was contacted by a gentleman who was travelling along side my son in the hearse I can't fault him either he was lovely also the drivers of the cars were so friendly they really made a difference to a sad day to an uplifting one so thankyou owens funeral care for not only looking after my son but the whole family .the funeral cars were exceptional the hearse the car we travelled in behind everything was beautiful a happy ending for me from a very sad day .these people are the very best you just wouldn't get any better so I thank you all from the bottom of my heart xxx

We could not have wished for more from a funeral director during the worst weeks of our lives. Our Wife, Mum, Nan was in the most caring of hands, and we as a family were supported and guided through all of the arrangements with the utmost compassion. Nothing was too much trouble, and we knew that our loved one was being looked after with dignity.

'Faultless' is probably the one word to describe the service provided to me by Owens Undertakers @ Liscard, Wirral. Alex and the staff from day one gave my family and I total support, care and attention to detail at every point. My questions and needs were answered promptly and I was always left feeling reassured. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble. They left me feeling so reassured at what was the most trying and testing time in my life.

I can’t thank Owens ( Alex) enough for the care, dedication and love that they showed after the passing of our wonderful Mum. They took the time to explain the process, sort out any issues, made recommendations and suggestions, all while showing patience, support and guidance while we were grieving. 
Alex was our director throughout the process as well as for the cremation and service, it was flawless. Jeannette was the celebrant for Mum. Jeannette encompassed all of our thoughts and memories into a personal loving tribute to her. It was beautiful. Thank you so much for looking after ALL of our family.

Alex and her family took care of my beloved daughter recently. The service that we received from Owens was incredibly helpful and respectful at a very difficult time for our family. From my first conversation with Alex she was so supportive and able to immediately give us advice on the practical arrangements and take on much of the burden of this. Alex was always available to talk through our wishes and on the day of the funeral everything went very smoothly which was testament to all of her hard work. We would not hesitate to recommend Owens and are very grateful for all of their help.

I have worked in the funeral profession and chose Owens because of the respect and dignity shown when the gentlemen came to collect my dad for the coroner. Everyone we met at the funeral home was friendly and welcoming. Alex explained everything and guided me through the whole process. The celebrant she chose was just right for us. The actual funeral was a perfect tribute to my dad. Everything was smoothly and efficiently carried out. Alex looked great, and very professional. The gentlemen bearers were smart and respectful, and quietly did their job to a high standard. The funeral was just how we wanted it.
