From our very first enquiry and contact with Owens, Alex, Lorraine and the team have been fantastic. They have helped us through what is a difficult and overwhelming time with compassion, professionalism and respect. From my first contact with Lorraine and Alex at Owens, even until now, following my husbands funeral, I cannot praise them highly enough. Also Frank, who escorted us to the church, chapel and then onto the wake. Nothing has been too much trouble for them and they were everything you need when dealing with the loss of a loved one. Supportive, sympathetic and helpful.
