Not something I've ever had to deal with before but from start to finish Lorraine and Alex guided me through the process with so much care and compassion. It's been really hard but to know we had a friendly face or an understanding voice on the other end of the phone helped a great deal. I'm so glad we chose to use Owen's, and although, not a nice thing to have to recommend, I hands down would recommend their services to anyone unfortunate enough to need to use them. I cannot thank them and the team enough.

There service from Lorraine and owens was amazing they took care of everything so caring and empathic they made what was the worst time in my son's life bearable with the compassion that was shown to us right from the beginning right through to funeral I would really recommend them absolutely brilliant 👏

On behalf of Mum and her son's and the family we would like to thank Lorraine and Alex and all at Owens for taking car of Dad Joe's funeral. You were, from the moment we walked through your door so helpful and extremely curtious. All our needs were met in a distinguished manner and everything was taken care of. Cars were immaculate,order of service taken care of. Silk flowers provided even parking cones provided. A nice touch were the packets of seeds with a lovely message to the memory of Joe. A special mention to Jordan who put together the humourist speech and delivered it superbly. Can not thank Owens enough for taking the pain out of a sad occasion for us.

This is the second time that I have used Owens. On both occasions they were extremely respectful, courteous and helpful throughout the whole process. This is the second time, I've needed a funeral directors and once again I can say that the service that Owens provided was top rate. The care and attention given to my family and our late mother was truly excellent to the last detail. I'm hoping it's a long time before I need to use their service again but I will not hesitate to pick them or recommend their service to anyone unsure of where to go.

Louise and Alex, were very helpful and kind made making husbands funeral arranged easier and never felt anything was to much trouble . The funeral was done with dignity and respect. Made a difficult day feel more manageable

Excellent service, everything was gone through in detail, nothing was too much trouble, all aspects were gone into nothing left to chance, order of service, music, hymns, flowers, cars. Without the help of Lorraine and Alex, I would have missed a lot of the detail.everyone at the funeral said" how professional and caring the whole team were" Owens made a vary difficult time bearable .

From the first meeting of Alex at Owens funeral service me and my mother felt in safe hands. I live in London, so I was very grateful as Alex patiently guided us through what would happen in the whole process, in the following days she attended to all of the details of the funeral, arranging us to drop clothes for my father, wake arrangements, the order of service publication its contents and selecting appropriate music. we visited father in the chapel of rest and he was immaculately presented in his best suit and the room, was beautifully done to allow for us to have a lovely environment to spend serene time with him . On the day of the funeral, the hearse arrived at Landican looking immaculate and sparkling with an astoundingly generous and beautifully arranged floral display of brightly coloured blooms, Owens's immaculately atirred pallbearers helped my bothers and uncles to carry dad into the chapel of rest and the service went like clockwork due to the careful organisation by Alex. small packets of forget-me-nots were placed with an inscription alongside the order of service. every single detail was perfect, and more than that, Alex emotionally supported us in the weeks leading up to this difficult and painful day and took special care to offer the best advice, smoothing and comforting all the way. I simply can't recommend Owens enough as they made dads send off lifting and elegant and brought everything and everyone together with confidence and sincerity. Owens and Alex,  Thank you so much for everything you did for my family.

Very impressed. I didn't know the firm as live out of the area. Nothing was too much trouble and was told could ring them any time. We just had a basic cremation, along with aunt's wishes, and thought they might not have been too interested. How wrong I was. Wanted to know all about aunt and very supportive and mentioned a few things we hadn't thought about such as clothes and favourite pictures etc. as said very impressed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We very sadly lost 2 loved ones within 3 weeks of each other. We went to Owens on recommendation. We never looked back. The whole team delivered everything possible from beginning to end.Lorraine and Alex provided services which I never imagined were possible for a funeral directors to do. They made us so proud of the way they looked after our loved ones and also us as a family they supported us in every possible way imaginable. They certainly go above and beyond to make things easier for the family. A massive Thankyou to all of you Lorraine you certainly done us proud and gave Tom and my lovely mum Pam the send off they truely deserved. Lovely family nothing too much trouble and always there to listen with the kettle on for a cuppa and a chat. Would never use anyone else in the future.
