I called upon owens just passing abd it was the best thing I could have done I sat down and chattered to Alex explaining my requirements and then left. My next contact with Owens was by phone a week or so later and there expertise made my life and my families grief more bearable. I would recommend Owens without any doubt 10 out of 10

We have used Owen's funerals services now for several of our residents at the home as well as families, choosing so.
As a home we have always been so pleased with all aspects of care and attention given to our lost loved ones and the professionalism, Owen's have displayed in supporting us to ensure all runs smoothly.
Sadly I go to a lot of funerals in my capacity as the manager, representing the home, along with staff.
Both I and my staff would strongly recommend the services Owen's provide at such a difficult time.

Lorraine and all her team have been so lovely and supportive and helped us through the process. Mum was with the coroners and they helped her be released. They are extremely professional, caring and make you feel like nothing is too much trouble. Their ethos is let our family look after yours and certainly felt that way. Definitely recommend.

The help, knowledge, advice, professionalism and most of all care provided by Alex, Lorraine and the rest of the family was outstanding. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them. The family touch made all the difference and I look forward to meeting them again when they hold their remembrance service towards the end of the year, another thoughtful touch from a lovely family. My beloved Father, myself my brother and all our family could not have been in better hands and we're eternally grateful for everything Owens have done for us.

An amazing caring family run funeral directors. From the horrible day I lost My loved one & when Jack from Owen’s came to collect him & treated him as a friend to the day of the funeral & all the time in between I felt cared for & knew Gary was cared for. Alex & Lorraine understood when I couldn’t cope and gave me time. They helped me in every  way possible to organise a funeral that was exactly as Gary wanted  & they went above & beyond from the start to the funeral and beyond. Alex is still helping me organise jewellery to ashes & I’m eternally grateful to the entire Owen’s family.

My dad and I found Owens to be excellent when arranging my mums funeral. They have a fantastic way of looking after their customers, making us feel valued while going through an extremely emotional time. Alex and Lorraine could not have done more for the funeral for my late uncle malcolm. They went above and beyond in their duty as funeral directors. They made the whole process feel very personal to the family in every detail from start to finish even though they acted very professional They made it very personal and we didn't feel like we were just another customer. From original contact right through to informing us that the life insurance had paid them because they knew my auntie was panicking over this detail they kept us informed. This is the second time we have used this family firm and would never ever hesitate to use them again.
