The staff at Owens made the process of sorting and organising the funeral so straightforward. They are friendly and approachable. Their costs are more than fair with no hidden shocks. They also on the day itself made a difficult day so much easier with their kindness. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs a undertaker in the future

Alex, Lorraine & Mike have been Superb in every way needed to make this unimaginable pain slightly easier to bare... they took care of every last detail of the funeral arrangements, making phone calls on our behalf and taking the stress away from me. This was done in such a kind, caring and professional manner, nothing was to much trouble for them and I’m so grateful that it was Mike that came to my Dads flat on that sad evening.... more than that, the care and precision they took in caring for my dad was exceptional.... The care and support, empathy and understanding from all the staff that my family and I  received was first class.  Nothing was too much trouble. I would not hesitate to recommend Owens. 
We were made to feel as our family were the most important to them and nothing was too much trouble. 
The level of support and advice was 1st rate. 
It is rare that I have experienced such caring and high standard of service.

Owens were completely fantastic throughout the whole process of arranging and realising our Mum's funeral; they eased us through the most difficult of times by being caring, thoughtful and utterly professional.
Everyone we met was warm and friendly and recognised how important all of the small details were, ensuring that Mum's wishes were fulfilled.
A wonderful family firm, we cannot thank them enough and recommend them without reservation.

I cannot speak highly enough of this funeral service, with whom prior to my wife’s sudden death, I was not familiar .  Mike Owen was summoned by the police following her death late on a Saturday evening at our home. It was a traumatic experience to undergo but made so much easier by Mr Owens presence and expertise. The follow up by him and his very able family team , daughter Lorraine, granddaughter Alex and other members of the team was first rate. They helped us through a very difficult  time. They were diplomatic, courteous, considerate
 and patient .  I was very pleasantly surprised by the relaxing and  beautifully appointed Funeral Suite in Central Liscard opposite the Post Office .... incidentally the Parking situation  there is good.... just behind Tesco a very short distance away. 
No one wishes to undergo the process of death and bereavement but can honestly say that this family firm were  truly excellent in helping the family through this stressful time.

Obviously dealing with a funeral director wouldn't be something many people would choose to do but it is necessary.

My situation was complicated further because my late mum had no family apart from me and my brother and we even had a 20+ year gap of no contact.

Alex was fantastic.

Warm, friendly, compassionate but not over the top and didn't focus on any religious aspect as neither my brother or me are religious.

Alex struck exactly the right tone. She kept me informed all along and honestly, she made a difficult situation tolerable and I cannot thank her enough.

If you need to make arrangements then look no further than Owens as they were brilliant and I could not recommend them enough.

We would just like to say a big thank you for the services you provided for the funeral of my brother.

Your professionalism, friendliness and empathy towards us was incredible. You put us at ease from our first meeting with Loraine, emails with Alex and the funeral service with Marie. You kept us informed every step of the way and kept us calm at what was a stressful time.

The order of service were beautifully done and such a lovely, kind, gesture on your behalf with the envelopes of ‘Forget me nots’ seeds.

I would like to send a special thanks to Marie for her service on the day. She was so thoughtful and helpful and made us all feel at ease. (I have also sent a note of thanks to the celebrant Andrew Deighton).

All of you at Owens made the whole process run so smooth and once again let me say how grateful we are.

Cannot recommend owens enough. From start to finish they were professional, caring and showed the whole family dignity in regards to my mums funeral. There was nothing that was to much to them. They kept in close contact right the way through from collecting mum when she sadly passed away right through to mums funeral. They are a very dedicated professional caring team at owens and would highly recommend them.

I would like to say a massive thank you to the team at Owen's. Never did I ever expect to have pick a funeral directors when I did, but they were amazing from the beginning. Stephen and his colleague shown so much respect for Phil and our family when they came to collect him. Karen who first dealt with us the day after was fantastic, along with Kenny, always offering us a brew and making us feel welcome. Jack keeping in touch with myself. Alex and Lorraine putting us at ease when going through all the information and sorting everything out for us, leaving us with nothing to worry about including Alex and Mike coming on the day and supplying umbrellas before the service. Andrew the fantastic celebrant who talked about Phil as if he knew him and Maria who talked through the service and lead us through the day.
I can't thank the team at Owen's enough.
