I was very impressed with Owens . They were very professional and very caring and at the most distressing time in someone’s life when they are at their most vulnerable, they were there to provide help and support . I was also impressed that they provided their services at a very reasonable price . The funeral  was perfect and dignified without having the cost factored in for services which were not required . I would definitely recommend .

We had exellent service from Owens one of the few local family Funeral Services still around. They were so helpful in dealing with theCoroners Office at such a distressing time keeping us updated on a daily basis. Alex and her staff were thoughtfull and respectful throughout our ordeal and we cannot thank them enough. They co-ordinated every little detail for us and were proffessional and careing.

Alex and Lorraine were incredibly helpful, every stage of the way was taken care of and ensured our wishes were met. The level of care surpassed our expectations and we believe they went over and above. We feel grateful that we decided to use Owens, not only is it a personal family business the attention to details was first class and it gave us the needed time and space to take care of what was needed. Really impressed and the facilities were second to none! Thank you

We honestly could not have asked for a better service from Owens. They looked after us from the minute we walked in right through to dad's funeral. They are so passionate about what they do and they do it with such genuine care and professionalism. Every single member of staff are so warm and kind. You can be confident of leaving your loved one in their capable hands and I can assure you they will take care of everything and make a difficult time less stressful. Look no further than Owens, I can't recommend them highly enough 😊.

I never would have believed that the funeral of a close relative could be so stress free. Owens took the initiative of organising everything with a few well prepared questions. I am a total "control freak" but felt very quickly that Lorraine was far better equipped than me to organise everything. Their respect for the living and for.my deceased step dad was untrue. It was a dignified and uplifting ceremony that suited my 91.year old step dad who had an amazing life (or at least for the 21 years he was part of our family). Thank you so much Owens for your professionalism, your empathy and your people.skills, we couldn't have done this without you !

Alex made the whole process very good with me and my family on the death of our daughter they helped in every way possible and made the process so easy to manage which made it easier to do the other things that needed doing and it was never any problem when we phoned them for anything

Customer Service at it's best - which when you consider the only time you need to engage with funeral directors are during difficult circumstances the approach and support Owen's provide exceed all expectations and certainly helps to alleviate the pain and sorrow.

Everyone at owens funeral directors were so kind and compassionate to me and my family. I was consulted every step of the way with my mother's funeral, nothing was too much trouble and I did not feel pressured at any time. At such a sad time for our family I felt my mother was given the best service that she could of had. I would definitely recommend owens to anyone I know.

I highly recommend Owens Funeral Services. They could not have been more supportive and helpful during one of the hardest times of our lives. My dad was a keen gardener and the personalised forget me not seeds placed in the the orders of service were such a thoughtful and lovely touch.

I found the staff  very accommodating. They were sympathetic to our family’s loss. They provided us with a kind and friendly service. One of the nicest things is they kept me informed of all the progress from beginning to end.  The staff were a pleasure to work with during our sadist moments  Kindness and compassion were never in short supply

Alex and the team have been such a massive help during the hardest time of my life they talked me though everything to expect from my mum being picked up from the hospital till we laid her to rest. Nothing was ever to hard thank you again every one for walking me though this sad time with a gentle hand and a helpful voice
