Owens took care of everything they gave me options and nothing was to much trouble,it was a pleasure dealing with Lorraine and Alex their drivers and bearer's were polite and courteous, they all made planning my wife's funeral very helpful,i would not hesitate in recommending this company to anyone, John.

Owen Funeral Directors Wallasey service was was beyond excellent. A welcoming family environment from the outset. Nothing was too much trouble with Alex taking away any stress going, the extra mile.The funeral was pitched perfectly for my 100 year old mother and conducted beautifully by Alex. There is so much more I could write.
For me there is only one funeral directors that should that should be considered in locally.

Alex and the team were amazing from start to finish. After what was a very sudden passing of our lovely Mum, Alex and the team supported us throughout the process and helped us give Mum the send off she deserves, really encapsulating her personality. Alex put us in touch with our lovely celebrant Helen who was amazing. I can’t recommend Owen’s enough, they really know how to make a hard situation easier.

I can't recommend Owen's Funeral services enough. The care and attention to detail from the first meeting with Lorraine to the funeral itself with Alex was exemplary. It's a family run business so at one of the hardest times in my life they were excellent and couldn't do enough to help. Many thanks to them both and their team.

Alex, Lorraine and all the staff at Owens were amazing during the most difficult time of our lives. From the moment we arrived without an appointment, they treated us with kindness, compassion and professionalism, and nothing was ever too much trouble.

They kept us informed every step of the way and made sure we always felt that my dad was being cared for with dignity and respect. Having never been through this before, we were overwhelmed, but Alex’s support and reassurance made such a hard time so much easier for our family.

We cannot thank them enough for their care, understanding and support, and would highly recommend Owens to anyone needing their services.

Owens Funeral Directors have been wonderful since day one. Many thanks to Kenny and Callum who came to take my brother away during the evening as my brother had wished. They were so understanding and respectful. 
Especially Loraine who has and continues to be, an enormous help. Loraine has provided me with the information I needed to register Johns death and has continued to help by dealing with the cemetery administration to arrange Johns ashes to be interred right up to providing me and helping me complete all the relevant forms needed for the interment. 
I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Owens Funeral Services. Everyone has been very professional, supportive, sympathetic and very, very helpful.

This was all new to me made me feel at ease talked me through everything really looked after my mum while she was resting made her look absolutely beautiful guided my mum on her way the way she would of wanted lovely people would recommend without a doubt ❤️
