I would like to thank everyone at Owens Funeral Services for the compassion and kindness shown to me and my family during such an emotional time. Even with the restrictions and rules in place, they still managed to help give my Dad the send off he deserved. The attention to detail was second to none and nothing was too much trouble at all. The support given to me on the day I will be forever grateful for.

Can’t rate or thank Owens funeral directors enough. Nothing is too much trouble for the kind, caring staff. They make you feel totally at ease and help you when you need it the most.
The service they provided was amazing and they keep you in the loop as everything happens.

Owes are a truly professional family business. They are very compassionate, friendly and caring. The funeral arrangements were planned and no detail was missed, everything went smoothly from start to finish. The funeral was perfect, and the staff on the day were very polite and respectful. From the very first phone call Owens were there for me every minute of the way. Immediate response followed by caring thoughtful action and support. Highly professional and sensitive to every individual need. The kindness and personal touches were breathtaking. I cannot recommend Owens highly enough. Much less expensive than expected too!

The service provided by Owens is excellent. Very caring, compassionate and more importantly they listen to  the family’s wishes and carry them out with a high level of professionalism. If you are unfortunately in need of a funeral directors service then I highly recommend you at least visit their office in Liscard Village were the staff are very courteous and helpful.

Karen and the team at Owen's were fantastic from the first contact and throughout the whole process keeping us informed along the way. Their personal involvement and passion for our family was obvious and made it all so much easier. We'd been to their office in Liscard on a couple of occasions and always made so welcome. Several other family members commented on how personal they were too and have even changed their own funeral plans

The staff at Owens go above and beyond we couldn't of asked for better they accommodated our every need and went out their way to fulfill every wish ann had everything from the environment in which we sorted the details was relaxed not rushed even though we had a couple of tricky things to sort they always gave us their complete attention even when visiting the chapel the staff were amazing I just dont have enough praise for them and thank them for making as easy as they could for us at such a difficult time

I could not praise everyone at Owens enough for the wonderful service I and my family received on the death of Kenneth. Nothing was too much trouble and the kindness shown to us all. the helpfulness, the thoughtfulness when dealing with a distraught family in their time of need was absolutely fantastic. I would recommend them without hesitation to any body suffering a bereavement and would like to give my sincere thanks to all concerned

When Mother passed I was at a loss what to do next, Mike and Lorraine  of Owens Funeral Service’s and staff were excellent.   They were so helpful,  they immediately took control of all the arrangements, also advising us with anything we had to do our selves which was a great relief, it allowed the family to  morn their mother knowing the funeral arrangements where all being taken care off.
Mother was taken to rest at Owens funeral parlour. The premises has been designed to make you feel at ease, after a tour of the rooms available , each one having it own specific  feature,  we chose a room which has been designed to give the impression their was a skylight  directly above where the coffin would be.  They have designed the skylight to make it look like you are looking at the sky, complete with clouds, very clever, the room it’s self is spacious.  Each room has its own special feature and caters for all ages including babies.  On arrival you are warmly welcomed and offered refreshments.
All family and friends commented on how well and professional the funeral was conducted.
On behalf of all the family I would like to say a special thank you to Owens Funeral Services , especially Mike and Lorraine for all they did in making the passing of our mother easier to bear.
