I Feel that the service I have received was Excellent from the moment David passed when a very polite and calm undertaker called Scott came to the house to explain the procedure. He was particularly kind and feeling towards my son who obviously very affected by his Fathers passing. Scott showed sincere empathyand he directed the funeral beautifully on the day. directing and explaining how to act myself close family and mourners. Similarly Wendy the female undertaker was very professional and answered any queries as they came up. She was very approachable and kind in her manner.

It seems strange writing feedback for a funeral. However, in times like these you want others in the same situation know what customer service you receive. My personal opinion is that Hadleigh Stibbards (in particular Wendy and Martin) were absolutely brilliant from day one. With a family in grief and turmoil they did everything to make things go smoothly and just how we wanted. They were always there to answer questions and we said good bye to our Mum in exactly the way we wanted to. We can't thank you enough for what you did. Lesley and family

We highly recommend Stibbards, they were incredibly accommodating and helpful from the day of my dads unexpected passing to the day of his funeral. They helped us with advice regarding what to expect and details of funeral, as well as helping us to arrange chapel of rest visitations when our working hours were longer than the standard office hours. Our family will forever be grateful for all the help we received and everyone who attended the funeral commented on how smart, professional and friendly Stibbards were.

Unfortunately it is the third time I’ve had to organise a funeral.  The first time we chose Stibbards as they can recommended to us and they handled our funeral arrangements both professionally, respectfully and caringly.  So we had no reservations using them at our second funeral and again recently at our third for my mother.  All the staff  were amazing.

Incredible service from start to finish. My beautiful nan had the best send off and everyone that attended said how well it went.
Massive thanks to David for putting up with me, answering all my questions and allowing me to visit my nan frequently. This really did help me with dealing with my nan's passing.
