Janice was an excellent guide throughout the whole process and ensured that we were able to give our father the send off that he would have been proud of. The service provided by Stibbards was excellent, from the first point of contact to the very end. They were sensitive, caring and supportive to the point that they all seemed like friends, and nothing was too much trouble for them.

My mother took out a funeral plan some years ago with Golden Charter and nominated Stibbards to be her funeral Director. It was one of the best investments she ever made. As her youngest son it was my responsibility to arrange the funeral. Debbie Eade, the Funeral Arranger at Stibbards, was exceptional, her attention to detail was superb. Basically she did everything, guided me through everything required in meeting my mother's wishes, arranged the website, the webcam, order of service and most importantly sorted out all of the legal documentation and arrangements with the coroner, the doctor's surgery and the crematorium. Debbie even recommended a minister to preside over the service, who was fantastic. Communication throughout the arrangements was excellent. At the service Martin Stibbard and his team were extremely kind and thoughtful and all those who attended commented on their service. I would have no hesitation in recommending Stibbards to friends and family. My family and I cannot thank Stibbards enough for all you have done.
