Stibbards  guide you every step of the way and the entire process runs seamlessly. Louise in the Hockley office listens to your wishes and makes everything happen effortlessly.

From initial contact it was clear that Stibbards were very professional and supportive in guiding us through this difficult time. All staff were courteous and friendly especially Wendy who was the principal contact and was with us all the way. Nothing was too much trouble. We both felt happy that our Mum was being well cared for in their company. On the day of the funeral everything went according to plan and timed to the minute as we had a Funeral mass and then the service at the Crematorium. The men of the Cortège were also very courteous and professional from start to finish.
Would recommend Stibbards without hesitation

From the moment we walked through their door to the day of the funeral we were treated with upmost respect and professionalism. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always on the end of the phone ready to help in any way they could. We were treated as a family who were in mourning but if the need arose the atmosphere would change to keep us cheerful. Stibbards have a wonderful team in place and we can not recommend them highly enough.

A very professional and caring service provided by Stibbards. From the day when they showed empathy while moving my Dad from the house, through to the person who led the funeral team on the day. Lovely touch taking a family photo at the Crem and getting Mum to kiss an individual rose to be left at the Crem as the family flowers were going back for a family celebration. Beautiful cars and very smart staff. Only Minor point was some of the "Digital" aspects - getting the date of the service wrong on the initial set up of the obituary page, and some angst getting the music to Obitus. But the day itself was perfect.
