In one of the most difficult times my family have ever been through and all the arrangements being

I can’t praise the staff at Stibbards, Canvey Island enough.  From meeting Kate who was there to guide us through and always answer any of our questions however small, to Stuart who knowing my dear husband John was a West Ham supporter providing a bubble machine on the way out of the Crematorium.

On the day outstanding service and attention to detail remarkable. But feel little let down leading up to funeral, was not kept updated and informed until couple of days before funeral with what was going on. But apart from that a great as possible under the circumstances experience.

from the beginning of organising the funeral arrangements Debbie was at hand to guide my family and myself through the procedure and showed us compassion all the way through. The days i visited my uncle in the chapel of rest , i was always welcomed by Debbie . On day of funeral i could not ask for any better service by the staff .
