We cannot thank the team at Stibbards enough, for the excellent service and professionalism they provided. They helped make my Mum, Grace Shearer’s funeral, as pain free and as efficient as possible.  After our initial meeting with Maria, everything was taken care of, exactly as we requested. 

Everyone at Stibbards, including office staff and funeral car drivers, were very professional and helpful. 

The funeral conductor Jon Stannard was excellent and struck the exact tone we wished for at my Mum’s funeral.  Again, after an initial meeting with Jon, everything was understood and he delivered a wonderful tribute to my Mum which we were very impressed with. Everyone at the funeral remarked on how lovely and fitting Jon’s service was. 

The florist which Stibbards organised (The Flower Fountain) provided us with beautiful sprays and flowers. All of the little extra touches (like thistles and tartan ribbon) were really appreciated. The flowers were, again, exactly as we requested and more.

We can’t recommend Stibbards and the team highly enough. They certainly took a weight off of our mind when organising Mum’s funeral.  Everything on the day was perfect. Thank you so much for helping us give my beloved Mum such a special funeral, just as she deserved.

The family of Pat would like to thank Stibbards for the kindness, dedication and respect they showed in what was a very difficult time. From the first phone call, meeting with Janice and then the actual day, we were shown how much they care about keeping you informed. We were told when they received mum, dressed her and how peaceful she looked, special thank Janice, as this made so much difference to us all.
On the day everyone showed much respect, not just to mum, but to all the mourners. Four days later we feel that thanks to Stibbards we did our mum proud.

The physical aspects of Stibbards service were conducted impeccably, collection of deceased, provision of transport and due politeness. We were a little disappointed with some aspects of the clerical procedure but overall the day went very well.
