Warm and kind from the first meeting to remove my Dad from his home where he passed.
Excellent service overall.
Easy to deal with and Lauren the young woman who makes arrangements is lovely and made the process easier and less stressful. She did not rush me during our meeting to discuss the service and was very transparent about costs.
Highly recommended as at such a difficult time, this level of service makes a difference.
