Louise and all at Stibbards were extremely helpful and caring at what was an obviously very upsetting time. Every detail was explained and clarified before gently moving forward, which was very reassuring as thinking clearly and sensibly didn't come easy at the time. They made a difficult situation an experience that was uncomplicated and beautifully executed throughout, which was very much appreciated by myself and all the family. Thank you.

I have nothing but praise for Martin and his team. We lost our little girl and the whole team was incredible and flexible and helped us to give the funeral we wanted for our child to make it personal. Nothing was too much trouble and they always made us feel like we where always a priority. To loose a child is the worst type of grief but the made the whole process as easy as it could be.

Everyone we dealt with was so helpful and kind, we felt really looked after and they literally held our hands throughout the process. Not having ever had to be involved in organising a funeral before, I had no idea what to expect and must admit to having sleepless nights in the run up to our appointment with Lisa at Stibbards in Canvey Island. However Lisa ran us through all the details, taking time to ensure we were clear with everything. She has a very nice way with people and I'd have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone.
On the day of the funeral, everything went just as planned and all the gentlemen looked extremely smart but also moved things along in a very nice way. My Mum would have been very pleased with her day. Thank you everyone.

David showed us as a family such kindness and consideration. His attitude towards us all was so compassionate at our time of need. They help us remotely arrange for the cremation of our Mother while we were over 3,000 miles away located in the USA.
