From initial contact on the day of passing the funeral directors were very professional. They listened to the family's needs and were sensitive and so thoughtful and considerate. The sevice conducted was perfect and personalised. The whole day was a celebration of life giving our loved one the send off they deserved.

She guided me through the organisation of our dear Ron's funeral.
with deceptive ease considering that at the moment I am,
'a one armed dyslexic technophobe.'
Her innate empathy and experience enabled her to help me to
precisely carry out Ron's wishes.

Karen was attentive throughout and so I knew what to expect and when.

I found her to be a truly lovely genuine lady and she has my family's and
my sincere thanks and deep gratitude for the peace of mind she brought
to us at this very difficult and sad time.

It was a pleasure working with Debbie on Martin's funeral, her advice always welcome and helpful. The flowers for the coffin were beautiful (florist her recommendation) and the attention of the pall bearers considerate and well organised. The limo for the crematorium was first class and everything went off as well as we could have possibly hoped. We are really grateful for Stibbards arranging such a wonderful, dignified send off for Martin. And the company's working relationship with Fr Kevin Hale and Our Lady of Lourdes was an important element in our sense of support and reassurance.

S. Stibbards & Son's organised my mother's funeral which had been prepaid several years earlier.
Initial contact was with Debbie who was very professional and communicative. The preparation for funeral went very well. Their services included picking up my severely disabled brother from his care home, enabling him to attend. The limousines and hearses were excellent. Scott, the Conductor, was knowledgeable and caring as well as highly professional. The funeral went very well indeed.
I highly recommend this company, especially for those who are dreading the process of organising their loved one's funeral.

There did seem to be an issue with the link - some people found it difficult to log on . This did seem to be resolved. Our first choice of charity - The Brain Trust was apparently not available under the Funeral Guide and so the Brain Charity was used. The Brain Trust was excellent with the support it gave and so this was disappointing. We did ask and was told that the Brains Trust could not be used. Why? Other than the above the Funeral Guide worked well.

The staff were friendly and professional, answering any queries we had.  Our family felt very well supported by Stibbards, during the period of time when arranging the funeral and on the day of the funeral itself.  We would recommend S. Stibbards & Sons.
