The team are incredible, nothing was ever too much bother, they not only cared for my mum with compassion and respect, but they cared for us also. I would never use anyone else to look after my loved ones. The service was beautiful and exactly how I wanted it to be, we felt supported throughout, from mum passing to the end of mum’s day, words can’t express how grateful we are to Simon and the team! ❤️

Throughout the organisation we were impressed by your professionalism and kindness. Crescent Funeral Services, particularly Simon, provided the support, advice and information we needed to organise a woodland burial and memorial service for my mother when we live 200 miles away. After looking after my dad and now mum Crescent Funeral services were excellent every step of the way from the very beginning until the end. Communication was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. We met Simon, James, Neil and Kate and I spoke on the phone to Robert they were all so kind and friendly and made a some how made a sad occasion so much lighter.

Simon and the team arranged the cremations of both our parents and they did them with grace, tact, humour and care. Simon had a clear memory of my father's service 6 years before my mother's which showed the level of care he has with his clients.

From the moment that my beloved husband Eric left us, I know that he would be in safe capable hands at Crescent Funeral Services.
Having already spoken to Simon I knew that Eric would be treated with dignity and respect and all arrangements would be made professionally and with care.
The funeral was an amazing experience and as a family we so appreciate the care and willingness to fit in with our plans afterwards and the conveyance to Stoke St Gregory church graveyard.

If you have the sad task of organising a funeral, I would not go anywhere else. The care and compassion shown by Simon and his team was second to none. Katie who directed the funeral was wonderful. From the outset, I was impressed with the compassionate, profesional service that I was offered.
Both my wife and I had/have Golden charter plans,which avoided any financial burden, at a vulnerable time in life.
My initial contact with Robert on the phone and then with James who visited me at home to discuss arrangements were
very satisfactory.
I visited the funeral parlour and met Kate who was lovely and between us we arranged the memorial for my wife, at the funeral parlour in Curry Rival.
This was a small affair , just family and current close friends and everyone who has seen the video that was recorded has commented that it was a fitting tribute to a lovely woman.
I can highly recomend Crescent funeral services.

THANK YOU for everything you have done in order to give dad the best send off possible.

When we all arrived for our first meeting at the Crescent we received such a warm, understanding welcome.

Not only were we supported in making decisions about the funeral, we were able to talk openly about our journey and the pain we were feeling.

Through tears and laughter somehow you guided us through the decisions we needed to make and got us thinking about things we didn’t know about! Such as a Scottish flag coffin !!! The best decision!!!

You gave us the time and space that we needed to get our heads around it all and to make those decisions.

Thank you for communicating with us all about so many different things and responding quickly and reassuringly.

We all visited dad. He looked beautifully at peace in his surroundings and in his Scottish coffin - it was perfect. Thank you.

And to the most important day, the hardest day. You were there, calming, confident, reassuring. Making the hardest day a good day.
