Simon, thank you for handling everything so smoothly and professionally for the second time in 2 years - firstly for Mum and now for Dad. Your caring manner and close liaison with the church made a difficult time so much easier to cope with. Many people commented on how spectacularly beautiful the flowers were on Dad’s coffin. I would like to thank Simon, all your pall bearers, drivers, office staff and everyone at Crescent for the consideration, understanding, empathy shown to us, John, and myself and our whole family at this special time of sadness at Johns passing, and also in the celebration of his long life.

I feel that the floral tribute on John's coffin was simply superb, a sign of the regard he was held in, and beautifully made with such expertise. In fact the lilies and roses were so beautiful, that we dismantled them on our return home with them, and made them up into beautiful bunches and gave them to our special friends as thanks for all their help and love given to us over the difficult past weeks.

Again Simon, our heartfelt thanks for taking care of John and all our family so beautifully.

Crescent Funeral Services website was easy to navigate and gave lots of information and ideas about the type of ceremony we might have. Simon guided us gently through the process of arranging the funeral and helped to ease the responsibility of honouring our loved one. Whilst receiving advice we never felt under pressure to make any decisions.  He gave excellent advice, explaining our options and listening to our preferences. Inevitably these events incur costs but these were transparent throughout. Simon was in regular contact to check that we were happy with arrangements and whether we had any questions. We were well prepared for the day of the ceremony and throughout it Simon offered a kind and gentle hand to steer us through it. Due to the help and support of Crescent Funeral Services we can look back to this sad time knowing that our loved one had a ceremony that reflected and celebrated their life. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else as I am confident you will be safe in their hands.
