Simon, whom I have known for many years, dealt with Jeff's funeral with great sensitivity in a difficult situation.  He was incredibly helpful and the service provided by him and all his team was superb - respectful and dignified.  The Jaguar hearse was a crowning glory to their service - something which Jeff would have greatly appreciated. I can wholeheartedly recommend Simon and Crescent Funeral Services to anyone suffering a bereavement, and am confident that their high standards of service will be reassuring and comforting.

The team at Crescent displayed the highest levels of professionalism, compassion and we could not thank them enough for taking care of Grandad on his final journey.
Everything was handled exactly as we hoped it would be and the reassurance and service we received from start to finish were second to none.
Simon and the team were very reassuring and caring, which put all family members minds at rest, knowing everything has been taken care of and Grandad would have the send off he deserved.

I can’t recommend Crescent highly enough. They made an extremely sad and stressful period a lot less painful with the time, kindness and care they afforded me. Never too busy to sit and have a chat with me, always replied to my emails promptly and did their utmost to answer all my queries and accommodate all my requests. Where do we start ! 
We actually went to another well known and sadly previously used Funeral Directors that we had used for our dad 
When we got in there it did feel differently but we coyid not put our finger on it .
Eventually things started to change and we found out the company had sold out to a franchisee and they were not really who/what we thought so we decided not too use them (however they had already collected our mum so we needed to get her picked up to the new place that as yet we had not decided) 
A message from a friend who knew Crescent Funerals sent us there and all we can say is just thank god for this message coming in our hour of need !
From the moment we walked in to the internment of our mums ashes we have been made to feel that our mum was loved and cared for , was kept safe and comfortable and was treated with the uptmost respect at all times !
In fact when we got there we explained where we thought our mum was and asked them to collect her as quickly as possible which they tried to sort , however unknown to us they had taken mum to a different location without telling us ( this eoykd be why we were told we couldn’t see our mum for two days because they probably had no space for her age eiyjd be shipping her in and out not a thought  we cherished ) it took Simon and his team lots of calls and extra work ( for which they have not charged ) to get mum into their care at the end of the day 
Simon was and is the most caring and understanding person in this field , nothing too much trouble nothing that can’t be done , he listened to everything we said ( some of which we don’t even recall ) and he and his team carried out the most beautiful service from start to finish without drama and without changing the goalposts at anytime !
Previously when we used the other director for dad our costs doubled and the service was cold and probably just standard 
Our mum was not a cold or standard lady , she was warm , beautiful, bright and loving , the funeral that Simon and his team gave us showcased all of those attributes and more besides , simply amazing service and we would not of got that from anyone else.
I feel so so fortunate that we found them , they work with Roger Knight , a celebrant who also is amazing and who gave the best for mum his poem has made us understand “The Garden “ in a whole different meaning , look him up 
Robert who assisted the next day in our mums internment was also wonderful, just caring , loving and great attention to detail , again nothing too much trouble 
All in all , death is very very very sad , there is never a great time and somehow Xmas makes no difference, however if you find yourself in our shoes you would or could never find a more professional, loving , caring ,compassionate group of people who help you in this sad sad time and make you feel that your loved one and yourselves are all that truly matters !
Simon , Robert , Roger and all the team , to many to name but you know who you are , your all simply the best out there and you make an awful time so much easier to get through 
We as a family are eternally grateful and so so pleased the franchise place in Taunton failed us because we found you !
