From the moment they came to pick up mum the care and dedication and respect shown was obvious. 
Nothing was too much trouble, Simon answered all questions in detail and clearly. The planning was impeccable and we couldn’t have been happier with Simon and the team. 
This is not the first time I have had occasion to be in need of Simons services and each time he has been excellent. 
I am very happy to recommend

Many thanks to Simon and his team at Crescent Funerals for all of their help at this difficult time.  They were very caring, thoughtful, conscientious, and good humored - exactly what we needed.  They coordinated well with the various other entities, so we could be assured all components were taken care of.  We also appreciated the degree to which they were willing to personalize the service, so that we were able to make it what we wanted.  We would highly recommend Crescent Funerals.

From the moment we walked into Crescent Funeral Services, we were treated with the utmost respect and gentle care, which continued throughout until the funeral was over. 
Simon was very welcoming, understanding, kindly and so helpful at all times. He was always available on the phone, or one of his team would ring back immediately if he had to be elsewhere. He guided us through the details, the choices etc without making us feel rushed. Nothing was too much trouble for him.
Simon quietly took control and helped us to get through a very difficult day, and I cannot thank him enough for all that he did.

Very professional, courteous made sure everything was done as we wanted. Guided us when we were unsure of proceedings  very good communication constantly kept us up to date with proceedings. Excellent standard of care and compassion for the deceased and family members, they go above and beyond to help in any way they can. We chose to go with Crescent Funeral Service, as during this difficult time they were very compassionate and supportive. Robert was our FD and was very patient with us and was happy to explain steps for planning a funeral as this was our first time in doing this sort of thing. He was also very helpful in providing suggestions and recommendations that complemented traditions from different culture.

Thank you CFS and Robert for your help and providing a lovely service for my Dad.
