Firstly, a very sincere thank you to Simon and the team at Crescent Funerals. We were treated with great respect and nothing was too much trouble. We received good communication by way of email and phone. Setting the wheels in motion was very simple. We didn’t have to pay a deposit upfront, which was a big plus when the family finances are still to be sorted out.
The service went off exactly as planned and our loved one received the send off he deserved.
When the need for funeral services arise again I would not hesitate to use Crescent again and whole heartedly recommend them.

Crescent Funeral Services couldn’t have done more for us. We felt at ease the moment we met Simon and felt cared for throughout the whole process. Everything went beautifully smoothly and the day of the cremation was as you would hope fore. From the time the cars turned up to the time we were dropped  off at the wake.
I’m my opinion, they went above and beyond to make our day as it should be.

First impressions count, and as soon as we walked into the premises of Crescent Funeral Services Ltd we were warmly welcomed and felt really quite at ease with Simon. He listened to what we wanted and guided us where appropriate.

The webcam service from the crematorium was certainly a wonderful suggestion as it allowed family and friends from all around the world to feel part of the funeral service.

The respect, support and kindness shown by all of Simon's team throughout the whole process was second to none.

We felt Simon went the extra mile by personally bringing Dad's ashes home to us the very next day.

We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Simon and his wonderful team to you. Entrust your loved one into his care and you can be assured of a highly professional and personal service at all times.

Crescent Funeral Services did an amazing job after my Father’s recent passing. I would highly recommend this service to anyone suffering from a bereavement. Simon is a true professional with many years of experience in his work and has a truly kind and friendly manner. Crescent Funeral Directors were amazing and made my fathers funeral very personal. They helped his grandchildren and my children aged 15 and 5 be apart of the whole thing. My son who is 5 walked with Simon and led my father in as well as allowing us to have a high fire service presence with an engine and plenty of fire fighters too. Thank you very much Cresent Funeral Directors for helping my dad have the most fitting service he as a hero deserved. I would highly recommend Crescent Funeral Directors.

I can not say how fortunate we were to have crescent funeral Services to arrange our daughters funeral.
There was nothing that Simon and his team could not do for us. 
They we’re very professional yet very family orientated and on the day they could not do enough to assist in any way.
Although I would not wish anyone the heartbreak that our family has just gone through I do not believe that we would have got through it without the help and strength of Simon and the guys  a big thank you to all of them and I will be recommending them to all family and friends.

I would recommend Simon Helliar-Moore and his team of consummate professionals very highly to carry out the funeral arrangements of a loved one. From my experience, they were kind and caring, and showed a genuine interest in the person who had passed-away, the family and their wishes for the funeral arrangements. Nothing was too much trouble and they were only too pleased to help with any questions or changes, even at late notice. The planning was made easy and they took care of all of the necessary intricacies required at a difficult and upsetting time. The family had full say over every aspect of the funeral, even down to how they wanted the service to commence and run. Simon and his team are also extremely respectful and accommodating, and offer an excellent 24/7 service to enable you to visit your loved one in their care. This extremely difficult time for a family is therefore made far more manageable by the way that they conduct their business. Highly recommended.
