I cannot speak too highly of the service we received from Simon and his team after the loss of my mother.
The help we received while organising Mum's funeral was incredible and took away the stress, meaning we could concentrate on saying 'Goodbye' to Mum.
Nothing was too much trouble and Simon always had time to talk to us.

Amazing personal service. James guided us through the process so compassionately.  

The one minor concern was noted and apologised for (we were only given 4 hours from email delivery to confirm and accept the final photo montage but this was not stated in the email )   However it was one minor point in an otherwise great service.

There is never such a thing as a convenient time to lose a loved one but when this happens four days prior to Christmas, and you do not get the medical certificate until late in the afternoon of Christmas Eve, then you really need a first class funeral service provider to take care of all the arrangements. That is when Crescent Funeral Services came to "the rescue" and just literally took over and guided me through all the administration that certainly was not straightforward as offices were closed for the public holidays over Christmas and New Year.

James of CFS kept in contact with me and made himself available at all times over the holiday period ensuring that I knew what was happening and allowed me to come to terms with my loss.

One visit after Christmas with James at their conveniently located offices and all the decisions were taken care of - crematorium booking, service details, vicar, gazette notification, flowers and even the booking of the wake for that totally necessary cup of tea and cake afterwards at the Meryan House, Bishops Hull.

Just one last comment to make - Thank You, CFS and team, for being there when I needed you!

Hello.  Cassie. Alex and I cannot praise Crescent Funeral Services enough for their care and attention as we organised Andrew’s funeral. They provided a lovely service whilst all the time ensuring we were emotionally supported all the time.  They took on all the arrangements allowing us to mourn but also provide Andrew with beautiful music and wonderful readings in line with his wishes.  I highly recommend  them.
