From the start of our conversation with Stoneman’s they were helpful and supportive. Emma talked us through options and helped us secure a burial plot which met the wishes of my husband. The team who were present at the service kept us informed and were very supportive and everything from the flowers to the casket and service went smoothly. Thank you

A very smooth process and brilliant and sympathetic staff. Angela at the Tadworth branch has been amazing - getting all the information efficiently and not being pushy or overbearing. Just the right level of communication when it is an already stressful time. Something about her tone and manner just drew me to this company to use when I needed them and I was not disappointed. I can't recommend Stoneman's in Godstone highly enough. Pauline treated me with compassion and empathy from our first phone call. She guided me though the process ensuring I understood what was happening at all times, explaining what my options were and making suggestions where she could add her personal knowledge and understanding of what I was going through. She made a very tough time a lot easier to deal with.

Stoneman’s were amazing in helping us arrange a beautiful send-off for our mum. Grace and the team were so kind and supportive, making a difficult time much easier. Grace took the time to advise us, and her recommendations for the flowers and catering were perfect. The casket was exactly what we wanted, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Being able to have both the service and the celebration at Stoneman’s was perfect for what we wanted, making the day run smoothly. The setting and how well everything was handled made all the difference. We’re so grateful for their care and compassion – highly recommend.

Grace at Stoneman's in Redhill was caring, compassionate, friendly, kind, knowledgeable, patient, professional, respectful.
Grace helped me deal with all that was necessary, without any haste, obligation, or pressure.
Any communication was dealt with in a timely manner.
I was kept up to date throughout.
On the day itself, Grace and Will were the epitome of professional.
I was made to feel that I was supported throughout from my initial visit until now, and not alone.
Even after the funeral itself, I was reassured by an 'open door' feeling that I could still contact Grace if needed.

Emma, who looked after us, was kind, efficient and very clearly well qualified to do her job . She made sure we were comfortable with the decisions that needed making and clarified anything that we needed to understand.
The funeral itself was conducted reverently and everything was made clear as we went along.

The service was wonderful and respectful from start to finish.  Mollie met with us for our first appointment to ask exactly how we would like the service to go, coffin selection, Celebrant choice, etc, and we were not rushed.  The organisation of our funeral was then handled by Grace, who was thorough and organised the route of the hearse and limos which enabled family to be collected en route and for us to drive by the care home that my Dad had been in, enabling staff members to come out and pay their respects.  Thank you so much to the drivers and funeral director on the day, they were kind and thoughtful in what I imagine is not the easiest of jobs.  Many thanks to you all.

The team at Stonemans were wonderful - showing compassion and professionalism from the first phone call. Angela assisted us through the booking process and gave us time to consider the options and was just generally lovely to deal with. She and the team showed dad respect throughout and especially on the day.
I would definitely recommend Angela and the team and would use them again if I'm ever in the same unfortunate situation of needing their services.
