Hayley Owen and her team were excellent from the start. They turned out in the late evening to collect my Dad and kept us informed all the way through. As they have a wealth of experience they were able to guide me and my family with the arrangements, always with options and all sensitively communicated. I have every faith and lots of appreciation for the services of Hayley Owen Funeral directors and would absolutely recommend them to anyone!!

My wife passed unexpectedly and the whole process of making the funeral arrangements was a daunting prospect.

Fortunately, I chose to use the services of Hayley Owen and from the very first conversation over the phone with Patience, I was put at ease.

Our subsequent meetings and conversations were held with empathy and professionalism, but without feeling overbearing or patronising at any point. These conversations dealt with sensitive topics, but at all times, they were discussed respectfully and thoroughly.

The practicalities were explained clearly so I had a clear vision of how things would be on the day of the funeral and they worked out perfectly.

I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the services provided by Hayley Owen.

I just want to say thank you to Hayley Owen and especially Beth for helping me with my dads funeral, it was by far the worst time of my life but i was always made to feel comfortable and never felt like a pain with any last minute changes i needed to make. Everyone at Hayley Owens but in particular Beth have been amazing at this very difficult time. At a time of sadness and in shock with what had happened, Beth was very patient, nothing was too much trouble. They made you feel comfortable, they were there for support and whatever you decided was perfectly fine. I can't recommend everyone at Hayley Owens enough. You are in safe hands.
