We asked Hayley Owen to conduct all the service arrangements for our mother's funeral and they were excellent in every aspect of care and planning for the service. Our immediate contact was Beth, and she went above and beyond giving valuable advice and guidance to make the day run smoothly.
On behalf of my brother and sister, I cannot thank Beth and Hayley Owen enough and would recommend them to any family requiring their services.

I just want to say thank you to Hayley Owen and especially Beth for helping me with my dads funeral, it was by far the worst time of my life but i was always made to feel comfortable and never felt like a pain with any last minute changes i needed to make. Everything was absolutely perfect and i couldn’t have asked for more, thank you so much from the bottom of my heart and i will always be grateful for everything Beth did for me and my family!

Everyone at Hayley Owens but in particular Beth have been amazing at this very difficult time. At a time of sadness and in shock with what had happened, Beth was very patient, nothing was too much trouble. They made you feel comfortable, they were there for support and whatever you decided was perfectly fine. I can't recommend everyone at Hayley Owens enough. You are in safe hands.
