Unfortunately this was the 2nd funeral we had to organise within 3 months. On both occasions Beth and the rest of the staff at Hayley Owen were fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble and they took care of all the arrangements. Both funerals went smoothly and we were able to feel that we had given both our parents ‘a good send off’. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

I would highly recommend Hayley Owen, she made an incredibly difficult time easier to deal with. Nothing was too much, from organising an organist to bringing mam home the night before. Everyone one involved were professional, respectful and caring. 
Hayley has dealt with both mam and dad’s arrangements.

We chose Hayley Owen to look after and conduct my father’s funeral. We found everyone to be very thoughtful and respectful of us throughout the whole process. We felt that at all times Dad was safe in your care. We were a bit clueless as we had never had to arrange a funeral before but we were carefully guided through everything. Their attention to detail was excellent and we felt that nothing was too much trouble. We wanted a humanist celebration of Dad’s life and they were able to recommend some celebrants and the one we chose was fantastic, helping us to deliver a personalised and very respectful service ( thank you Alex Barnes ). On the day of the funeral we were all looked after so well. Many people commented afterwards that it was the best funeral they had ever been to. Now that is a bit of a double edged sword but we felt so pleased that we had given Dad the send off he so richly deserved and Hayley Owen played a really big part in that.
I want to finish with a special mention for Beth Hurran. Beth took care of the majority of the arrangements and she was so lovely, respectful and kind. Beth, you made such a difference to us at such a sad time in our lives. Thank you so very much.
