From the first time of meeting Hayley Owen, which was the collection of my wife's body, I was completely at ease and had confidence my Wife Christine was being looked after.
We meet later with a friend of mine, to discuss the details of the coffin, flowers on top and talked over the service details, the service booklet looks very good and the service at the Crematorium was excellent. Talking to family and friends afterwards outside in the sunshine we were never rushed to leave, because some of our friends wish to talk to me at the crematorium who were not able to join us at the race course.
Overall we were all looked after very well and people asked us to thank Hayley Owen for the excellent service they had received by the company.
A big thank you from PM well done.

This was an excellent service with some good ideas from Hayley Owen and her team. Everything went extremely well and I have had nothing but positive feedback from those attending be they relatives or friends.

Totally flexible, no hard sell, Hayley and her team were compassionate and empathetic throughout and laid out the options for us being entirely guided by what we wanted. Very accommodating when last minute changes had to be made and overall made a difficult time, much more manageable.

Hayley and her amazing team have looked after 4 of my family members over the last 3 years and always with the utmost respect, care and love. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them and they have carried out my wishes just as I wanted and more! I cannot recommend them highly enough ❤️

Hayley is a wonderful, caring, thoughtful person . She brought dignity , respect and  reassurance to a low point in our lives . 
She arranged my mother-in-law’s funeral only four years ago and I was so pleased with what she did for us then that I booked her without hesitation for my husband’s funeral . 
I wouldn’t use anyone else.

We were put at ease 1st time we went to see garry at hayley owen Funerals. He is such a lovely caring gentleman. I know straight away that they would take care of my mam, then on the day of the funeral, they all were fantastic + made the day a lot easier for my family + I.
Would definitely recommend them.
